FRESH GARLIC

A bulbous plant that belongs to the allium family, garlic consists of a single head that contains several tiny cloves, each wrapped in papery skins. These cloves are firmly wrapped together with an additional layer of dried papery skin, which forms the bulb head. Garlic is a highly prized culinary ingredient and is widely used in various cuisines worldwide. It is available in both fresh and dried forms, with dried garlic being the most commonly used type. FRESH GARLIC comes in white, pink, or purple varieties and has a pungent and somewhat harsh flavor when consumed raw. However, when sautéed or baked, it becomes mild and sweet.
